Is there a warranty for the services?
Yes, minimum 2:1 guaranteed by our Surety Certificate Program. Legacy Strategic Group, LLC offers a surety program for participants electing to enter into, and meet certain standards of qualifications; which assures and warrants a minimum return realization of 2 times the participants’s expenditures (2:1) to the Company, through cost savings and profit enhancements, realized within twelve months of project implementation completion. In order to qualify, participants must successfully: (a) complete any contracted project in its entirety, (b) make and keep commitments and utilize the prescribed methods, systems, and controls properly enacted, and (c) provide Company financial and operations reports on time, monthly, for twelve consecutive months and apply any adjustments or course corrections as needed.
Ascertainment of the minimum 2:1 return through cost savings and profit enhancements also requires constant application of generally accepted accounting principles without changes in methodology. This return excludes extraordinary capital expenditures, leases, and contracts negotiated subsequent to the completion of the initial engagement. It is not reasonable to expect a full return from an incomplete or partial project or where the participant’s management fails to follow through with the work initiated.
In the event that ascertainment is not met, through some oddity in the first twelve months, the Company will have a consultant assigned to assist with any additional coarse corrections until the minimum 2:1 return has been achieved at no additional charge. This will be done either remotely or directly at the sole discretion of the Company.

All interactive engagements and projects have multiple fee options to select from to best fit your needs. Performance results are a joint effort and commitment. Most companies will achieve far greater returns in the first few months some businesses achieve 5:1 and even up to 100:1+ as they apply proven business practices. Regardless of the investment for each engagement in your business or yourself the results will always by far exceed the investment as you enact best business practices. Each interactive engagement is customized to fit you and your business's unique needs and wants. As such your fees will be based upon your circumstances, needs and wants, and not someone else's. How is LSG insured for business and confidentiality?
LSG maintains all industry mandated insurances. LSG keeps current certificates of insurance on file for our customer's assurance and review as requested, including and not limited Commercial General Liability Insurance and Professional Liability - Errors and Omissions Insurance that far exceeds industry standards. LSG requires all of our consultants and affiliates to be properly insured and maintain confidentiality as is assured and essential in our business model.
